    SOLD!

To spice up the pot, I'll even split shipping to the lower 48. Howzattforadeal?

This is the "Margarita" finish, which is a yellow/gold, which actually looks pretty nice with the black back.

Up for sale is a NEW condition and extremely beautiful Peavey Millennium 4 Plus bass guitar. The Millennium 4 Plus is built in the same USA shops as the Cirrus models and features the same EQ as the Cirrus.

This bass is in new condition. Comes standard with hipshot tuners and drop-D tuner as well as a Hipshot Quadra adjust bridge that features a thru-body or topload design. The neck is Eastern maple with a Pau Ferro fingerboard at a 21 fret, 35" scale for a thunderous E/D.

The body is alder with a beautiful flamed maple top (and this is a REAL top, not a thin veneer!). The pickups are the humbucking J-style and with an 18V on-board active 3-band EQ with bass boost and cut(10 dB) with SWEEP MIDS. Hardshell Peavey molded case (by SKB) included as well as the original manual and strap locks.

Neck construction: Eastern maple neck, graphite reinforeced. Pau Ferro fingerboard 8" radius w/ maple position markers.
Ultra Satin finish on maple neck
    35" scale
    21 fret neck.
Reduced mass "mini" bass machine heads, with D-tuner.
Two internally active J style pickups.
On-board active 3-band EQ with bass boost/cut (10db) and sweepable mids

    Black/Chrome finished hardware.
    Fully shielded electronics.
Quadra Just(tm) Hipshot milled bridge - 3 way adj
    Strap locks.
    Switchcraft(tm) jack.

Same deal, $450 + shipping (split to lower 48)...

I keep finding BXP (sic) on Google, I can't find just the Plus. Any idea what you paid retail overall?

I believe these retailed for about 1200-1500, and typically sold cash for around 900-1000. I got this one on a closeout at MF, it's not very old at all, and I'm just looking to flip a good deal on to someone else.

This is a total class act bass, hand made in the same USA custom shop that builds today's Cirrus basses, and it plays and sounds like it.

I could get one if you want, but it's just pure piano black.

Herm.. so two toned bass eh?

Any recordings of it? I'm currently leaning between this or a Peavey Unity Dynabass ($350), both are high quality instruments.

Thanks, but I think I'd prefer either cash or to keep the bass. I really do like it quite a bit. The ONLY reason it's up fer sale is because of another project I'm financing.

Yeah, I just asked my wife if she'd met me trade my conklin. It matches her living room, so it was a pretty solid no.

Yep, black and gold, basically. Dyna basses are cool, but I think these growl a lot better in a mix, which is specifically what they're designed to do. They're not exactly like a J, but a real nice flavor of one, and the 35" scale makes for GREAT E/D operation with the drop D tuner.

This is for anyone sitting on the fence right now...JUST DO IT!

Vic is a stand up guy as well as a stickler for keeping his gear in immaculate condition. This thing plays and sounds great! Buy it! Now! (I know I would if I had the scratch...)
