Peavey web site gone

Discussion in 'Miscellaneous [BG]' started by nashvillebill, Aug 30, 2005.

  1. Perhaps it's the aftermath of Katrina, though Meridian is a long ways from the coast...but the Peavey web site has not been up in a couple of days, it goes to a domain provider instead...

Let's hope Peavey hasn't forgotten to pay their web bill!

It's possible that they are working through a link or server further south in Mississippi. I could sure understand if almost everything from Baton Rouge to Pensacola isn't working too well at the moment.

    Meridian MS?

    Bullseye hit.

I don't think there is much electrical service there right now.

Yeah, I was getting it yesterday, but it seems it was working like, day before yesterday. Or something.

Nope. MS doesn't have power at least as far north as Starkville, which is way further north than Meridian.

My folks in Jackson should be without power for about 1-2 weeks. MSU only has power because of our generators.

Anderson Cooper or some other CNN guy reported from Meridian last night. The power was out then.
