I've been looking for a solid tuner that I can trust. I have been looking a the Boss footpedal tuner and the T.C. Electronics tuner. I was wondering what your thoughts are of the two pedals, which one do you prefer or recommend (doesn't have to be either of these) Also, I used to have a Korg handheld tuner that just crapped out on me that just didn't seem to hold up with my weekly gigging. I don't want to lose tone with having to plug in a footpedal tuner. So, I thought I would get some suggetions via TB. Thanks, -Adam Prado
Pitchblack or TC Polytune would both be better. The TC is True Bypass so you won't lose any tone..not sure about the Pitchblack. Personally I like the Polytune better because of the display and the speed of the tuner.
Ordered an ST-200 yesterday from: Strobe Tuners by Sonic Research Received it today--with no shipping charges! Very accurate and tracks very fast. Smaller than a Peterson StroboStomp and seems to be very solidly built.
