Phil Jones Big Head

    OK.
    So I have a Phil Jones Big Head that I bought about 2 years ago or so. And I love it. It's super quiet with no hum or buzz, sounds amazing, and works great. When it does.

    So I've sent this thing in TWICE already to get it fixed and it still has the same problem!! The problem is that it cuts out sometimes. And I need to kind of gently knock it on the table to fix it.

    So what should I do? I'm sick of sending this thing in to get it fixed and be without a practice amp for the 2 weeks or whatever it takes to get it fixed.

    Did you contact Phil? I’ve had some nice email conversations with him years ago. I’m sure he’ll take care of the issue.
    If not, tell him you’ll be telling everyone you know on the circuit and in forums what happened. I’m pretty sure they’ll solve the issue.
