Phish Fans - What kind of strings does Mike use?

    Do any of you know what kind/brand of strings Mike Gordon from Phish uses?

    I'm preatty sure there some kind of flat wound string but I'd like to get a few more specifics. Namely brand and gauges.

    I've done a few searches both here and out in cyberspace but I was unable to turn up any of this info.

    According to the Mike Gordon article in the February 2003 Bass Player Magazine, he uses Ken Smith Slick Rounds, gauges .044, .062, .084, .106, .130.

    im not entirely sure but i heard somewhere he uses dadarrio(god i can't spell) half-rounds, which would make sense because he has a very bassy-not-much-treble tone. might have been before the Febuary issue though.
