    I dunno man, he's got a few people bidding on it. When his auction gets taken down, he can contact the bidders, come up with some bull**** reason why the auction was cancelled, and try to negotiate a deal with them outside of ebay. And we can't even warn the poor bastards cause it's a private auction and we don't know who they are.

    Unless eBay informs everyone involved (i.e. the bidders) of what is going on with that auction - anyone know?

    if you follow the link to the pic that the guy tried to put up, it's a buckeye 5 string -was that what the last one was? the pics look different, but i'm not sure.

    Nope, the buckeye auction is a different one, and has been up under tha same seller ID a couple of times, as well as being advertised outside of Ebay.

    The bogus auction is for a 5-string Monarch Elite with quilted maple top ebony board, and Lane Poor pickups.
