Photoshop Wizzards; help needed

    How do I achieve this effect with Photoshop CS?

    That one is quite simple. Play with the curves (lightness, darkess, contrast), then play around with the hue and saturation until you find something you like.

    Even try solarizing it and doing the above. Expirment with the filters as well.
     
  3. With "posterize" and hue/saturation you should be able to creaate something simmilar to that.

    assing noise, less saturation and "despeckle"
