Pick Up repair

    I have a 1976 Aria A-200 that has a pick up out. I need to have it rewound since there is no real way to replace it with original equipment and it is 100% original.
    Can anyone throw me some suggestions? There is nobody I know locally that can do this kind of work

    I would think there are plenty out there, but TB'er suggestions work well for me.

    How do you know that it needs to be rewound?
