Just wanted to see what you guys think is your favorite pedal. Now not just your most expensive, rare, diamond of a pedal - but your personal choice as to what you think brings something different from you as a player. I understand this changes over time - well tell us what is your favorite and dont forget to tell why

Im really digging my loop rc-20, but as for an effect I really dig my emma discombulator.

While I have a bunch of pedals on my pedalboard, my Deep Impact is the one I use the most. Most of the others are just for a little color (od, chorus, filter, etc) but the Akai lets me play synth lines, distortion lines, "Hella Good" type stuff, etc. Allows me to play stuff other than standard basslines.

Korg AX-1B. It's cheap but sounds damn good and has a gazillion possibilities.

My Black Cat Bass Octave Fuzz.

It is simply the most agressive fuzz you'd ever want to lay your hands on, and can be such in so many different ways.

The EBS BassIQ. I don't have any effects, but I have always wanted to pick this one up.

I really tried a lot of compressors and had hoped to spend a lot less, but the EBS gave me no choice and forced me to buy it! :)

Have to say right now my favorite pedal is my Electro Harmonix Small Stone. I like to kick it in for little runs here and there, plus it also sounds great on guitar, as well as synth (instant Jean-Michel Jarre pad when using a stringlike patch.)
