I think i did alright! I've played many old mccartney hofner basses from the 60's and I would say this bass sounds similar, if not better, and it plays pretty much the same. I'm really happy with this score. My only other bass is a Harmony 1970 H22/1 and it is a great contrast in sound. The Harmony is more powerful and woofier but the Eko has a faster neck and has a more universal sound that just reeks of 60's pop.

    Hi,
I'm italian so very "used" to Eko.
First and foremost, you must be a beatnik fool or some... That bass is such a joy to watch, I cannot imagine the feel to let it properly resound in a beat harmony environment

I presently own an acoustic Florence by Eko. These Are well crafted, perfectly finished instruments. If only: please make sure you pay attention to the overall integrity. They're fragile.

    Enjoy your precious artisan piece,
    Cheers,
    Wallace
