if i got a mark hoppus sig. bass ...and you know how it has that one pice pickgaurd? well if i got the one from warmoth the jazz pickgaurd for p/j basses would it fit the bass because it says its made for only the ones warmoth makes but i was wondering if anyone tried it? i would get a control plate too
  2. First of all, it's pickgUArd
Secondly, im assuming it would work out, but you would have some extra hole spaces on the control plate because the MH SIG Bass only has one knob, and you might have to make some minor screw holes for the control plate also.

You also have to worry about the p pickup in a jazz bass pickguard.

Ummm--because it's nothing more than a P pickup in a Jazz Body shape? :rollno:

Jeez.....learn how to look past a label. You aren't quite as cool as you think you are, Sport.

As for the question, you could always trace your pickguard on white paper and have one made in whatever flavor you wanted.
