Does anyone know if there is any way to get a PJ configuration out of a six string MVP/Buzz? They say that you cannot on the official site. How do the SB Humbucker and JJ configuartions compare to the PJ in terms of versatility?

I think the dual soapbars are the best sounding config on the pedullas, having had both a thunderbass and a J2.

Yeah, they claim it has the most versatility. My five string is soapbar, so I guess i'll get it anyway. But especially now.

I'm not really aware of any 6es with P/J configuration...

EDIT: IIRC Alain's old F's had P-like pickups...

I think i'll just go for the soapbar. I'm familiar with it and it sounds versatile for Pedullas.
