Which Pbass pickup is better for rock (80s rock, not punk rock)?

    Seymour Duncan SPB-2 Hot
    Seymour Duncan SPB-3 Quarter Pounder

I making a comparison between this two, so please don't suggest others.

For Rock And a more modern tone Meaning not the fatter 70"s P sound but the more defined driving bass sound it would be the Qtr pounder. It has Depth and clarity and the output is hot for a passive. The hot for P is actually a hotter output but Is actually too hot from all distorting amp heads I have heard when people are using them. The hot for p is not as good sounding as the qtr pounder. IMHO
