Hey everyone I just got an SX Green Jazz bass from Rondomusic and it seems like the metal(magnetic) part of the pickup fell into the case..is there any way to fix this? or do i have to buy new pickups?

    1) remove strings
    2) unscrew the pickup
    3) glue pick-up back into case....2 part epoxy should do the trick....careful not to get onto exposed pole pieces.

Put glue on the pick-up (the little metal thingy with wires attached to it). Then put the little metal thingy with wires into the cover. The cover is the little black plastic thingy with holes in it. If little metal thingy doesnt want to fit into black plastic thingy, figure out why. Seriously man, if you're having that much trouble maybe you should call Rondo.

    stop!! dont put glue anywhere..
I THINK: this just means the pickup it self ( the metal thingy ) needs to be supported in the cavity with like a piece of foam. The foam has to be of a thickness where it creates some pressure as you screw down the cover but not too much pressure.

there was already hardened glue on the case though i could tell it was just bad glue or not enough..why is it bad to put glue there?

Stop what you're doing. You're headed down broken-pickup-lead road.
