Pickup pole noise

I've installed a SPB-3 pickup and shielded the cavities sometime ago. It was scary quiet.
This week I heard some clicking on the strings, like something was not grounded anymore. Replaced some solder points and fixed it but know the pickup makes bad noise if I touch the metal pole, which it didn't do before.

I even replaced the layer of copper foil I had underneath the pickup to make sure the poles were grounded. I even check with the multimeter just to make sure and the first pole always marks 0 ohm. From pickup to anywhere from strings to jack also zero.

So why would the pickup picking up noise when I touch it now?
