    hi everybody,
i have this warwick replica 5 string and im thinking of replacing the pickups cause they really suck - i have no low end and no sweet high tones.
but i dont have the high end options cause im a student.
so what do you say ?

I have a Warwick Thumb that has stock EMG jazz pick ups in it, and it sounds awesome. I would go for a set of higher end EMG's.

    ok answers :

the pickups are soapbars type and they are passive.
the replica is 5 string made from some bolivian wood which is very light - i don't have a clue what it is.
my budget for now is for a set of cheap pickups,
but im thinking of going out less with girls and my gang so i can save up some money and buy a bartolini pickup for the bridge.
