    Anybody knows anything about this:

When playing in a larger arena in Sweden, there is this inductive line in the room, to help people with hearing aids.
It is a cable that is creating a magnetic field in the room, frequency and amplitude as the spoken/sang/whatever input. This magnetic field is picked up by a little pickup in the hearing aid, amplified and fed to the tiny speaker. Very neat.

However, this magnetic field is also picked up by our dear instrument pickups. And the noice, the feedback, the sound quality  yikes!

It seems that an ordinary humbucker is OK. But if there is two humbuckers, any difference in volume makes the situation intolerable. Which I find rather weird.

    Anybody have an explanation:confused:
    Is there any remedy ?
  2. yeah.. make the band play in a magnetical-isolated cell
