With an extremely heavy and skeptical heart, I offer up my Musicmaster Bass. It has been modded (all excellent and tasteful). It includes the original chipboard case, hangtag, most of the case goodies (to my knowledge), the original single coil pickup, and the Dimarzio Model G Bass humbucker it was originally modified with.
The current modifications are a EMG H4 passive humbucker (awesome), EMG internals, a brass nut, and a Badass II bridge (I do not have the original bridge). I am the second owner and the Bass was played a lot. The finish has been professionally touched up by Gene at Ainesis Guitars. Tons of mojo and a lot of really desirable stuff going on here.
I will absolutely not part out. My price reflects the rising value of the Bass model and I believe it to be fair based on prices. Open to offers, worst I can say is “no thank you”

More pics to be taken in the next couple days. Very serious inquiries may make specific requests. please be patient with any questions/requests. Regardless, I’ll include all mods, included items, a weight, and a production year. (78-79 based on serial numbers)

    Price is $700 shipped

    No trades, cash offers only

Love it! I’ve bought two of these lately and am loving the tone and playability of these little little fenders.

Yeah, they’re great. Fingers crossed that I end up keeping it. I had a 70’s mustang that I wanted to do these mods to, but was convinced to sell rather than mod, given it’s age. Always regretted that, so finding this bass this past summer was really awesome. Totally cured my sellers remorse. :bassist:
