Well... new to me.
1974 Gibson Grabber.... w00t.
Two strikes against you Mr. Money: a guitar and a stuffed animal. Tsk, tsk. If it weren't for that kick ass bass you might have been banned.
Its no ordinary stuffed animal.
It is a purple, yellow poka-dotted hippo.
and the guitar is my girlfriends, which i am fixing...
My guitar is a gretsch electromatic.
Brings me back to Ralph Armstrong and Jean Luc Ponty days!
He made that thing sound great....
Come to think of it..dident Gene Simmons have one for a while too??
Yep, I think Gene played the same style as Mikes - as in colour.

Nice. I like those vintage basses.
Good job there Mike.
Mike Dirnt would be proud!
BTW: Does he only play a Precision now?
He does play a Precision bass now. But he used a Grabber for a good 4 or more years.
Thanks for the info.
VERY nice bass
There's a video of me playing one of those things, only in natural. Damn, that thing looks HUGE on my 5'4" frame!
Congrats Mike! Have fun!
I believe Mike played a G-3
Gene Simmons played a Grabber.
Krist Novoselic played a ripper. . . and so will I one day.

What kind of music are you going to play/create on this one Mike?.
