But wait, there's more
Wow those photos came out horribly jpegged. I really should get photoshop
Sweet! I just bought an Ampeg SVT HLF!
That looks like it would sound awesome.
you talking about your spine?
Yeah, but with that nice rig, I bet you don't care.
Congrats it looks REALLY nice!
You beat me to it!
I have my own personal roadie who enjoys lifting weights and drives a large pickup truck
Nice Setup! Enjoy the "Beast."
Give your guitar player my apologies, and get yourself some earplugs.
His ear drums too.
That rig breaks everything.
You're not kidding about those earplugs. When we play I turn the amp up until the power tubes OD and it kills my ears every time. Today I am young and careless, someday I shall be old and hard of hearing.
great ears hear alike
Is that one of the later-model SVT-IIs? '92 or '93 perhaps? It looks like it has solid lettering on the "ampeg" instead of outlines like mine has.
that what i said after i bought my stuff, but it doesnt even matter, thats one nice rig man, congrads.
to tell the truth, i have no idea what year it is...but you're right about the lettering, mine is opposite yours, with solid letter ampeg and outlined svt
your stuff is in better shape than mine too, it's been loaded/unloaded too many times
--and congratulations! great amplifier
edit: a quick check turns up mine is a '91
If you look on the back of your amplifier at the serial number... The 5th digit of the serial should be a letter. A=1988, B=1989, C=1990, D=1991, E=1992, F=1993.
Your cabinet looks different from mine also... it must be the previous generation because my ampeg logo is in script and I have the "Classic Series" badge in the lower right corner. I think my 810 was made in 2005 or 2006.
Or not at all. Ow, my ear drums.
