Hi all, I'm new to this forum but I've visited from time to time. I love Peavey basses so I'm sharing pics of the ones I've got.

Nice. You, like me, have a T-40 shaped void in your collection, however ;)

Yes I do have that void...those are supposed to be pretty heavy, no?

Nice. I've played a Fury and a Millennium and really liked both. If I ever get a 5-string I'll probably get a Millennium.

I really like my Tour 700 too.

    My Fury,
Used, abused and heavily modified. But it my go to bass for just about anything.

They lean to the heavy side. That, of course, depends on what you call "heavy". I'd say the average T-40 weighs 11-1/4 lbs.

    Nice photos, by the way.

Nice. I like the Fury neck and sound, but find the shape and pick guard lacking something for my taste. Kinda dig the diamond plate "industrial" vibe. Nice upgrade.

I need to get me a foundation with the super pickups like that one I had three in my time but for some reason i thought other basses were better and traded them away, now I know better.

Honestly, the Foundation is a great bass...slim neck, those great super ferrite pickups...I actually think they sound very similar to a Jazz but play better.

Dude, I love the pickguard, looks killer...On my Fury I changed the guard from white to black, and replaced the pup with a DiMarzio dual humbucker split coil for some more punch. I used to have a Fender Precision but couldn't get used to that really fat baseball bat neck, thus the Fury.

Yeah, that played in look...My 2 80's Strats have all maple boards and have seen many miles..it's a cool (dare I say vintage) look.

The red one is an International Series, made in Korea. The pickups look like the Foundation VFLs, but don't sound like them. Even with the bass boosted all the way up on the amp they still sound thin. I replaced them with Duncan SSB-4s.

It is a nice bass other than the pickups. I was in Seoul for a month on a business trip and wanted something to play while I was there, so I picked it up for about $180 US. The body is very similar to my G bass, but if you put them right next to each other you can see they are slightly different. But close to the same as the G and also Millenniums.
