Ok, maybe not at a garage sale, but I assembled this rig off ebay, forum classifieds, and from Chuck Levin's (the Sansamp Tech21 was only $254 delivered!)

    Tone adjustments will follow soon.

Posing majestically is my old friend, the '69J warhorse.

    Whaddya think?

HA! The Avatars were purchased new from Dave on eBay, the power amp came from an eBay auction when the reserve wasn't met, (could've bought the amp at that price in the bass forums) and the amp rack was a Musician's Friend closeout special.

Let's see, $254 for the Tech21, $450 for the PLX1602, about $500 for the two cabs, and the SKB was around $50.

Looks like a total of about $1250.

I sold a Yamaha PB-1 and a Yamaha P3200, so I'm out of pocket about $700. And I paid that with gig money, so MrsDoc's been a happy camper and glad I have a decent gig rig.

Nice rig... The only problem I have is with the bass... It would look sooo much better hanging on my wall :D
