Picture of the Twins G&L Content

  1. OK, not identical twins. More like Brother and Sister twins. I like how the L2000 has a slightly darker Spanish Metallic finish than the Jazz. I guess no 2 colors are identical.

    Beauties!
How G&L Jazz compares to Fender Jazz?

  3. The G&L Jazz has a darker tone. Not as bright of a "snap" as a 70's era Fender Jazz.

Awesome! I love the darker version of the color on the L-2000. I also have a JB, and it's excellent, like a boutique except it's heavier.

  5. Good thing you added G&L content ;):D

Beautifull basses you got there, proud papa!!

  6. Are G&L's by and large 34" scale? I think I'd like to try out a fretless 34" scale that's versatile and a solid B-string and I have been suspecting G&L fills the bill for awhile. Does anyone have a Tribute series fretless or is it true that you can only get fretless in the US series?

    I've got a fretless 55-01 Lakland Skyline.

  7. Always love to see G&L content. My SB-2 is a pleasure to play and I'm thinking about diving in again and ordering a JB.
