Hello, world. I recently purchased the Pigtronix Infinity Looper and would like to load existing audio files from my computer onto it. I imagined this would be pretty straightforward, but for some reason the files that I select in the application aren't being loaded onto the looper. Here's a link to a video that I took to show you exactly what I'm seeing when I try and load a .wav file onto it. Has anyone run into this issue before? Or do you see an obvious step in the process that I'm missing? Please help. I really want to get this figured out asap so that I can get drum loops and vocal samples loaded onto this great piece of gear. Thank you, Ben
