I did a search and didn't find any mention of this CD, Has anyone here heard it?

I never heard of Planet X until last night when I heard this "Live From OZ" at a friends house.

All I can say at this moment is that the music is very intricate and I'm totally flabbergasted by Dave LaRue's ability to lock into Virgil Donati's drumming so well on this live recording. It seems it would be near impossible to remember all the changes/parts of these songs.

I've seen Dave Larue many times over the years with the likes of The Dregs, Steve Morse, Mike Stern (live w/Dave Weckel), and G3, to name a few, and have always thought he was an awesome bassist, but he just went up a couple of notches on my scale.

  2. I have it. I dig it. I love the studio recording of Dog Boots. Unreal feet by Virgil. Unreal...
