plastic pickup covers for a MIA jazz

Hi there,
I have a MIA jazz bass and her pickups were replaced by Lollars, with the typical black pickup covers.
I want to change them for the cream colored ones, but I can't find them anywhere.
I did find a couple of candidates, but the size were not right.
I would appreciate any info about where to look for them, or if you know anybody that sells these parts, would be great,
