Played a classic 60's jazz

I play the new MIM 60's jazz, and was impressed. The sunburst body looked much better then my '99 MIM jazz, Im not sure if it is or not, but it looks like ash. The tortoise guard looks great too. The fretboard was very uniform and looked and felt great. The pups had lots of growl, and were very punchy. I was quite impressed, these should compete very well with MIA jazzes, especially $300 less then the MIA.
