I got it in the mail today. Threw some strap locks on it and away we go...
I fricken love this bass. So easy to play and it sounds great. I love the way you can dial in your tone with the volume and tone knobs on each pickup. The only thing I thought was weird was if you turn the volume off on one pickup the center position doesn't have any output. We were actually opening for Jamey Johnson and his bass player completed me on the tone. Said he always wanted to try one lol. Its a keeper.

I love my Starfire too. It's a quirky little beast for sure but man can it roar!

Nice bass - I saw one (brown) hanging at Guitar Center yesterday and thought - that bass probably sounds awesome. Darkstars rule!

I jammed on one of these at Sam Ash, pretty cool!

I'm interested to try the single pickup version, the simplicity of it is appealing.

I started life as a drummer, but I got better
Now give Carey Nordstrand a call and tell him what you've got, and ask him about a set of his BiSonics with the "Full Jack Casady" deal with the extra magnets-- the improvement is well worth the fuss and expense--
