Please allow me to introduce myself...

I have been a guitar player for 30+ years but never very seriously. About 30 years ago I spent a short time with a Kramer Aluminum neck bass. Remember those. I was never really a bass player but a band recruited me and there were girls and alcohol so I did what any red blood young man would do. I hit the root notes and walked the changes...

So here I am 30 years later and I got a wild hair to try the bass and really learn it. I jumped in with both feet and ordered some sweet gear to get me started. I took delivery today of an Ampeg PF500 and a 1x15 cab and an Ibanez BTB 675M. That M stands for maple board!! Pictures coming in a NBD and NAD thread.
