    Hi,

This song (two lone swordsmen - formica fuego) is the first song i've tried to tab (or actually just play by ear).

I keep thinking I'm getting the main bit but can never get the variations right?

I'd really appreciate if an experienced (actually you prob dont need to be experienced cos it sounds v easy - i'm just new) person could tab some or even all of it, once I get started in the right place I think I could figure it out.

Here is a link to a clip link

Thanks for your help in advance, really appreciate,

    Damo

  2. The main riff uses 5 notes they are E,F,G,A,Bb
Note hammer ons occur at 1 to 3 ,0 to 1,

    G-------------------------------------------------------
    D-------------------------------------------------------
    A------------0--1-1-1-----------------------------------
    E--1--3-3-3-----------0--1-1-1--3-3-3------------------
The second riff run has 4 notes G,A,Bb,C hammer ons at 0 to 1 and 1 to 3

    G--------------------------------------------------------
    D--------------------------------------------------------
    A------------0-1-1-1--0-0-0-0-1--3-3-3-----------------
    E---3-3-3-3----------------------------------------------
The third bass riff run has a slight difference than the second riff and first it uses 4 notes G,F,C,Eb

    G--------------------------------------------------------
    D--------------------------------------------------------
    A-------------------3-3-3-3--6-6-6----------------------
    E---3-3-3-3--1-1-1--------------------------------------

Note slides occur from 3 to 1 and 3 to 6

Hope this helps although a standard notation system would be much easier to understand anyway enjoy :bassist:
