    Hi,
I now want to run 2 cabs in parallel.
This means adding a link socket to one cabinet so I can use a single feed from the amp.
I am trying to work out if there is a 'preferred' method for wiring.
You will see in the first pic I have linked one socket directly to the other.
In the second pic I have the feed from the first jack socket to the speaker & then from speaker back to the second jack socket.

    Is either method correct/incorrect?

You are doing the same thing in each picture.
It doesn't matter where you have it wired from.

Now, had you ran the + thru the speaker and the - to the jack, then you would be in series.

Ah thats cool then. I'll go for the second option then.
Its just that it'll be easier for me to take the extra wiring from the speaker to the second jack, rather than trying to attach 2 lots to the tiny jack tags!
    Cheers
