    I would say thats a looping station w/an external switch. No effects whats so ever other wise

    Looks like he presses a free-standing [black] pedal to initiate the sound change, but I have no idea what it is.

    Some of my amps have a foot switch that enables the effects loop, EQ, or a boost signal, to be switched on and off. My guess is that the mystery switch provides a similar function. Maybe I'll never know. :crying:

    i would say the footswitch is resetting the loopstation to bring in the other loops on the next pass.
    His bass sound i would say is a typical walnut/rosewood fodera sound.

    pretty sure the middle footswitch is connected to the computer and controlling ableton
