This is my first recording with a drummer that came out sounding clear. It is a jam that we had, having never played any of the material before hand. Complete improv.

Please tell me what you think. I know that our time gets messed up a few times, but otherwise I think it's worth a listen. Thanks.

Not bad. It's a cool groove you had going there. The transitions between the parts was kind of choppy (which I guess is expected in an improv jam), and I did notice the going-off-time thing that you mentioned. Other than that though... I definitely like it! Surf on! :bassist:

Oh yeah, what do you think of my tone? I think it's perfect. I am using my main bass; a Epiphone PowerBass! Cost me $150 new at mars music!

when you start to slap... your rhythm is inconsistant.. you need to work with a metronome when you practice your slap...

There were some other places where the rhythm got off.. but if you were just completly improving there... it wasn't too bad for the first time
