    Hi all;

    Anyone watch pluto TV? It's a free streaming site and has over 100 channels and movies. You can get it on Roku, firestick, chromecast, etc.

    News, sports, comedy, etc.

    Share your favorite channels there.

    I cut the cord years ago and Pluto TV is certainly one of the streaming services I use, though over-the-air broadcasts serve me fairly well. I think I use Amazon, Netflix and BritBox the most. There’s some pretty good “B” movies on Pluto now and then. Works for No-gig Saturday night diversion primarily .

    Funny you mentioned that. I'v gotten hooked on channel 437 'slow tv'
    It's just a camera pointing forward on a train traveling through Norway and some other country. My girlfriend thinks
    I'm losing it <G>
    also like channel 267 "failarmy"
    There's some other 'strange' channels there......

    Here's a sample of the train channel:

    "They put camera on a cruise ship, in Norway, and filmed an entire 6-day voyage... 134 hours... 1 episode... I would have watched that show in my cabin on that cruise ship. Laying there thanking god I didn't have to lift my neck all the way up to the window. I can just see it's right here on the TV. 'I hope we don't dock before this is over. I need to see how this cruise ends.'"

    I tried Pluto but didn't care for it. They didn't have anything I was interested in and it was constantly freezing and going to their "we'll be right back" screen until it would close itself.
    I'd try it again for this Doctor Who channel though!

    The break room TV at work is perma-tuned to the Dog the Bounty Hunter channel with the volume maxxed. I don't use the break room any more.

    =====================================

    Yes the "we'll be right back" screen is a pain, as is the commercials. BUT, great channels !

    For you gamers they have channels where you can watch someone play video games (Minecraft?) and some MMA fight stuff.

    Now back to my Norwegian train ride...... :thumbsup:

    They're having a Comedy Jam on the stand-up channel & every comic has a musical guest star.
    The one that just finished up was Jim Breuer with guest Rob Halford. They sang "You've Got Another Thing Coming!":

    Old Dr Who is available on Netflix, or it was last year.

    Wow, 2 years since this post was created.

    Pluto.tv now has 250 over channels (In Spanish too) and thousands of movies. They are owned by ViaCom

    You can stream on your tv or watch it on your computer. One nice feature is 'favorites'. instead of having to look for your particular channel, save it as a favorite..

    My big complaint with Pluto is that they play the same episodes over and over again on the show-specific channels. There's one I watch where they seemingly don't have the rights to any episodes past the 3rd or 4th season, and there are 10 seasons.

    I agree.
    "Cops" was on, what 20 years? and they only show 1-2 years.
    But plenty channels to choose from; and WAY better than network TV shows...

    Here's some that will keep you busy:

    Spike Outdoors on Pluto TV
    Wipeout on Pluto TV
    TV Land Drama on Pluto TV
    Classic TV Comedy on Pluto TV
    GLORY Kickboxing on Pluto TV
    America's Test Kitchen on Pluto TV
    Smithsonian Channel Selects on Pluto TV
    PursuitUP on Pluto TV
