1. Well? I need ideas.
2. You are going to get mostly /other/ with that list. There have been other, more complete polls on this before - try searching for your Rig or What do you play?.

To go with my post of other, an explanation as requested;

I Play a Yamaha PB-1 Preamp into an (Soon to be upgraded) old Peavey CS-200, into a pair of Polysonics Drone B-12 1x12" cabs.
3. I have not doubts that other will be selected often, this is just a learning expieriance for me.

Although it's heavy, these days I prefer the Mesa Boogie 400+ with either Mesa 2x15 or 4x10. Cabs are Road Ready. 15's are EV, 10's are Eden. I actually own two 400+ amps because I ran across an older one at a price I couldn't turn down. I own Mesa 2x10 and 1x18 Road Ready cabs, too. These two cabs both have EV's in 'em.

I use a '70 SVT with '70 810 SVT cab if the room is big enough just because it's so damned good!

In small to medium clubs, I also use SWR Bass 750 with Triad and/or Big Ben, and a ton of Eden stuff. WT400 and WT800 and mix 'n match with D210XLT, D115XL, D215XLT, D410XLT.

Oh, and I also have a Mackie 1400i with a ART tube pre for use with two custom German cabs, 4x10 and 1x10.

Yeah, I'm a rig junkie...
6. EA I-Amp into VL-210.Small and compact with enough room left in the car for my family & 2 instruments.

Crate BT 350. you may giggle when i say crate. but this thing kicks some major butt. If you havent played thru it. dont judge it. I have a Peavey 4x10 TX Cab. its great if you want some 10's with some low end. And i do. Peavey's stuff lasts forever. if your low on the cash. hit a peavey near you.

I have a Crate BT-350 head and a set of ADA basslines cabs. You can accomplish the same feat with Genz-benz.

i use an old peavy musician head with a 6-band EQ (it was designed for guitar, the EQ goes from 100hz to 8khz), and a really really big 4x10 (with casters it is almost as tall as an ampeg 8x10), and to say the least, it sounds beast.

Lotsa great sound, easily fits in my Honda hatchback with the seats up. One day the Mackie will get replaced, though.

I play on a Yorkville 200T (200 watts / 2X10) It has a great full dark sound, and it was not that expensive. I am very satisfied with my little canadian Yorkville.
