That looks sweet, man. I like the way the neck looks, as it flattens out towards the body. What pricerange are we talking about?
  4. about $ 1500 / 2000, depending on the number of strings, hardware, etc...
  5. Sounds like a bargain!
Hope it plays and sounds as well as it looks - its so pretty!! Make sure you leave it on display when you're not playing it!
  6. Couldn't agree more :D
man why isn't it saturday yet ? :(

Nice looking bass. Only thing I don't like about it is that the name is on the body instead of the headstock, but that is just my personal preference. Other than that, it looks killer.:D

Wow! If that thing plays and sounds as good as it looks, I know an Ibanez and a Yamaha that may not get played very much anymore!;)

Good luck, I hope it works out like you are wanting it to.
  15. i'm loving the fretboard. Ebony is it?
  16. Man that's beautiful, I love the flame in the neck.
  17. very, very cool bass man!!! Never knew there was such a good Luthier here in The Netherlands. It really looks nice....
Don't really like the name on it much though (De Gier) sounds a bit weird.......
  18. Woooooo!!!
That is one nice lookin bass! If it plays half as good as it looks, it'll be worth it. Gotta wonder about the slanted pick ups. do they make any difference in that position? Looks like it'll be worth the cash though.
    Very nice. I'm jealous. :p

    3 humbuckers???
    neck through???
sorry but which wood do you intend to use?
  20. Well if you translate it word by word.. " de Gier " means " The Vulture ". but it's just a last name :D
