"Post a reply" button

    I suggest a "Post a Reply" button be added to the top of a thread so a user does not have to scroll to the bottom of the page or click reply to the OP. We used to have it.

    With the posting option at the bottom of the page, we can at least pretend the user has read the conversation prior to posting.

    Sometimes you're posting for the second or third time.

    TB used to have it.

    Installing an additional menu item in the Thread Tools popup would work.
