    I LOVE the look of this Alembic fretless. It's the plainer look of the wood used that make this one look so cool.

    hmm well i dont think ive seen one yet but i kinda think a single humbucker musicman bongo 4 string in egyptian smoke would make me a little jealous.

    Is that modelled on the Shergold Marathon? The body shape and even pickups look so similar.

    Now that you mention it.

    But according to the Wal history site, their shape was more based on the Gibson EB3.

    Can't see the EB3 in it to be honest, but if that's what they say, i'm not gonna argue.

    I'm sure resting that bass against the ground/stone wall is GREAT for the finish/back of the neck :meh: :bawl:
