my warwick (bubinga) thumb neckthru
Sweet Bass! How do you like the Bubinga/fretless combo? I'm got a new single cut fretless 6 being built with a lot of Bubinga in it.
Here is my main fingerboard
Peavey Cirrus 6 Fretless, Walnut.
Hart those are really nice fingerboards, I wanted my bass all black so ebony worked out for me
the bass sounds great, sometimes i can replace my upright bass with it (when i get lazy)
semborg hows the cirrus tone?
Built here in Norway by Frank Hovland with my modifications (to the bass, not to Frank... )
Ebony fingerboard, 3pcs maple neck, walnut body wings.
LeCompte PT 1.5-4 Lined Fretless.
The Cirrus tone is very focused.
Right now the strings are quite dead.
I gonna put on half round on it.
But what can I tell you about the sound.
Focused, thick, mid-rangey. It's very unique sound.
In 1 month I am gonna record some samples of my basses.
Loving this more everyday
Michael Kelly Dragonfly Fretless.
I also have a Jaco sig comming to me sometime between October and November.
They make a fretless???
Hows that sound?
Apologies for posting this again, but I'm still in love with it. Warmoth swamp ash body with quilt maple top, emerald dye finish. Status Graphite lined fretless neck. EMG J's, BAII bridge, Schaller macines (and strap locks). Nicest fretless I've played... (sound clip)
Elrick fretless (active)
Lalalala with EBow
Zon Sonus Custom with piezo bridge
