I just wanna see 'em......!
-the only pic I have right now.
Here's mine.MPG Level 5 with Spalt top.
That bass looks crazy, who made it ? I've never seen a bass like that. The fingerboard is nuts (Unless its a lighting trick)
here are mine...inexpensive, but sound great and they're both MINE.
It's a Stambaugh. The fingerboard was my idea; I like it but it would work better if the more visible portion of the line was on the other side. Lokire did a similar FB end, w/my permission.
Really ? I've seen a few Stambaugh, but that one looks special. Very nice bass, hope you can get more pics of it up one day.
That's one of the many cool things about Stambaughs- you rarely see two that look a lot alike(unless you want that). I've had 3 built & bought one used, & they all rocked. I will do better/more pics.
Peavey C5/Zephyr fretless.
Clement piezo/mag in mahogany and bubinga:
Rob Allen Deep 5 and Veillette Mark IV short-scale
Ray Rogers R-Bass
Bump for the top one. I have the Douglas, and it's a fine bass.
I just love posting my stuff
6 string and 9 string fretless.
It has a more RAW sound than the Brice. It's definately brighter. The Brice sounds more "jazzy".
Must be the difference between the Ash body of the Douglas compared to the Alder body of the Brice.
Not sure which I like better, though...
Also, how can I forget my G&L????
perhaps THE best 5-string I've ever played (for me, that is...)
That things got frets on it. Get it outa here!!! :scowl:
Here's my MB2:
I've also got an Ibanez SR1305 I just bought, but haven't gotten a chance to take pictures yet.
Wow Luke, that is some killer wood. Is that a stabilized bubinga fingerboard?
Here's my Acacia and my new Roscoe, and my ABG (since it is 5+ and fretless)
forgot about the "fretless" part...
my favorite fretless...
