I will say that I have big bones...

  3. Yeah, I've always thought that the BMI, didn't do a good job. I would need to lose 30 more pounds to get into the low range of normal. I would be way too skinny with 30lbs less.
  4. It says I'd have to get to 164 to be normal weight, thats impossible for me. Bone structure is not taken into account...

23lbs to lose, maybe it I get rid of my legs! :help:

I need to lose about 10 more pounds, but these last 10lbs are rough.
  9. Seriously, I lost 35 no sweat, but the last 8 I want to lose, man they're the toughest. I think it's cause I'm so close.

BMI is weaksauce. It doesn't take into account BF%, which is a lot more important than height vs. weight.

    33.7......I'm 5'10" and weigh 235lbs. I know I should lose some weight but I'm too lazy....:D

So, according to this I'm obese??? I don't think I look obese. I mean, I'm a little chubbier than I used to be, but obese??? come on....

I should lose a bit weight (preferably the fat). Normal BMI for me is 23-24. If I want a lower BMI than that I need to lose muscle weight....

I'm not a fan of that index either. I guess it's so popular because it's a very easy method.

It's not likely for me to be anything but overweight on the BMI scale. Even when I had a 32" waist and <10% body fat, I was still about 180 lbs. Maybe I should try to lose some muscle.
