1. I've been looking at power amplifiers..

    This one cought my interest..

    the Dynacord S1200

    Maximum midband output power :

380w @ 8 ohm

600w @ 4 ohm

850w @ 2 ohm

500w @ 4 ohm

650w @ 2 ohm

    Maximum single-channel output power :

460w @ 8 ohm

880w @ 4 ohm

950w @ 2 ohm

    Maximum bridged output power :

1200w @ 8 ohm

1700w @ 4 ohm

n/a @ 2 ohm

    Frequency Response : 13Hz..45KHz
    Power Bandwidth : 10Hz..50KHz
Signal to noise ratio : 103dB

    price : 765 euro ( $ 675 US )

    combined with a nice preamp ( e.g. Warwick Quad, GK RB2001 ) you'll have a ****load of power for about $ 1400 total !

Very very interesting, n'est pas ?

  2. So.. judging byt the lack of responses, i can draw the conclusion that none of you is able to tell me if this power amp is worthwhile ? ?
