Power Amp

    If a power amp can run at two ohms like a behringer europower can you use say 8 ohms speakers or is the amp only made for speakers with higher ohms
     
  2. you can use any combination of speakers you want down to 2 ohms. So you CAN use a single 8-ohm cab, a 4 ohm cab, or even 2 4-ohm cabs if you wanted, as long as the head supports the load.
    an 8-ohm cab would be fine.

    so i guess two 8 ohms cabs would be fine?

  4. yes. that would give you a 4-ohm load, which the power amp could easily handle.

    Unless it's a two-channel power amp. Then it could be just an 8-ohm load on each channel.
