As I understand this is UK made power supply, is it 240 v only? I live in Europe and we have 220 v. Those power banks are very cheap so I'd like to have one, will it work for me?

On the back of mine it says, 240v/220v 50Hz AC

So I would hazard a guess and say yes it would.

Callmeblind - 220 and 240V appliances are pretty interchangable. It reflects the fact that the british powersupply is anywhere between 220 and 240V, normally somewhere around 234V. If you chop off the 3pin plug and wire up one of yours it should work fine.

We have three pin plugs because we ground in a different way to you guys :)

Yeah the 3rd prong is only to ground the whole thing and not kill ourselves ;)
