Is anyone using a power conditioner in a rack? What sort of connections are on the back? I cant find much info on the net but understand the advantages of having one in my rack.

    Any pics would be fantastic.

If you buy a rack mount case just big enough for everything you want, where do you put powerpacks, plugs etc etc so you can just have one plug? Just buy a bigger case?

I'm using a Furman RR15NL, the connections on the back are just standard 15 amp outlets, unless you buy a 20 or 30 amp model, then they might be different.

furman seems to be popular. here is a list from musicians friend. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7...ll&Ntt=furman+conditioners&Nty=1&Ns=P_Price|0 notice the cheapest rackmount is just an outlet strip. I don't know how to judge or evaluate the features of the higher priced models.

try using google or yahoo picture search for "furman" or "power conditioner"

some have lights, some don't, some power surge protect, others don't, some condition power?

here is a PDF file brochure for Furman "merit" series conditioners...(pictures included) http://www.audiomidi.com/assets/6248_Merit Series Datasheet.pdf
