I put a deposit on this today: :hyper:
    Fodera Matt Garrison 5
Ash body, one piece buckeye burl top with matching headstock, Duncan dual coils with Wenge covers, Pope pre-amp, birdseye fingerboard.
Glenn at Austin Bass Traders (www.austinbasstraders.com) is a SUPER guy to deal with.
I highly encourage anyone that is looking at stuff on his site to contact him.
    Great guy.
Now, I just can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:
Hopfully I'll have it around the end of the month.

  5. Which knob is the self-destruct?

    Just joking.

    Enjoy it.
  6. Sweet, Congrats!

I kind of lust after one of the Garrison models as well.

    Good luck with it.

I had them remove the "suck" knob and install a stacked "groove/wail" knob. Naturally the groove knob is on the bottom! ;)
And I don't think the "wail" knob will get much use on the gig. At home, maybe! :D

Naw, I think it's just the angle of the bass in the picture. They actually balance really well.

Very cool, lets get some more pics of it when it arrives :D
  11. I really love the cutaway and number of strings too. Usually, I see guys go nuts with that model and have over 6 strings.
