Preamp and Pots

For some reason, I really want to build the preamp in my modded G&L bodied custom. So, two pups, three switches, and three pots. At least that's what it's drilled for. I've found a schematic for the original Stingray preamp that I would like to use (going for a Leo thing here). Problem is, I'll have to have a fourth knob, as I can't find a stacked pot with the correct values to keep it to three. And I don't think it would look good with a random fourth hole drilled.

Any one have any ideas about combining bass/treble or volume/blend? The volume pot needs to be a 25k log, and I was thinking just a 500k/500k for the blend pot. Bass is 100k log, and treble is 1M reverse log.

Thoughts, ideas, or suggestions? I could do an Audere, but it's out of budget. But I could put the LED in a switch hole...
