Presto Nylonwound on Stagg EUB

    Anyone who has tried this? I was thinking of purchasing the Ultralight Presto Nylonwounds, but do they fit? If no, do you guys have other "gut-like" string recommendations for a Stagg?

    You might need to widen and deepen the string grooves at the bridge and widen (but not deepen) the string grooves at the nut (if you have filed the grooves down at the nut before).
    Beware that the nut easily breaks if you put in a string that is wider than the slot. But it would be good anyway to replace the nut completely.
    And you might need to raise the string height for a low tension string by turning the adjusters at the bridge.
