SOLD Price Drop*** 2012 Zon Sonus TJ-6 24fret with Burled Black Redwood top and alder body

Up for sale is absolutely the best Zon that I’ve ever owned, played, or laid hands or eyes on. The action is set up super low with no buzz whatsoever. Trussrod works great with no issues. Every note is clear and even with a piano like tone to each note. The only thing that makes this not perfect for me is the string spacing which I believe to be around 17mm. I’m use to 19mm. With that being said I would love to trade for another Zon 6’er that has 19mm spacing. Trade must be in mint condition or close to mint condition. I would rate the condition of this bass as very close to mint ....a 9 out of 10 because of a 2 very small dings that are so small they can’t be photographed. There is also a small hair line by the neck pocket that can barely be seen, this is through the clear-coat only and is there because of the tight neck pocket. Again you can barely see it. Most would miss it but I’m anal with all my gear and notice everything. All of these issues were there when I purchased it used. The bass has a pickup ramp with Bartolini pre and pickups which sound awesome. It is 34" scale and weighs 9.7 lbs on my digital scale. Price is $3250 Shipped. A great chance to buy a great Zon without the 3 year wait!
