    His basses are beauties and I don't believe he is making basses anymore. See quote from his website below:

    "MPG is closed until further notice. I’m concentrating on live music at this time and there is no time to continue production."

    Very nice... Is this the kind with the graphite laminates in the neck that I see? I think he was one of the only ones to do that.

    Yes, I believe those are graphite laminates in the neck. They are very cool, aren't they?

    Any chance this is 34" scale? And what is the string spacing at the bridge?

    It's a 35" scale and 19mm string spacing. I've also added some more details to the listing, too.

    Yes beautiful, and big and powerful. It's funny, though, my son, the player, who weighs less than 170 pounds never complained about the weight. It balances very well. The only reason we are selling it is because my son is looking for narrower string spacing, which suits his playing style better.

    Hey,...Coop' here. Is this bass still up for sale? These guys just don't know, what type of bass this is my friend. Especially, for $995. I thought this bass was gone if it is still up for sale. Maaaaan! Lol!
